Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed Shipments

Partial Shipments

Delivery Confirmation

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office first. Carrier delivery confirmation is considered proof of delivery, but we will still do our best to help resolve the issue.
